Significant contribution made in your existing job so far:
Presently working as a statutory capacity of Mines Foreman in rotational three shifts of employees’ strength around 50 per shift and manage to run and implement loading and hauling equipments ( 7 numbers of 50tons Dumpers and 15 numbers of 85tons Dumpers , 3 P&H of 9.6 cubic meter bucket capacity, 2 PC of 4.6 cubic meter bucket capacity, one HEC of 4.6 cubic meter bucket capacity and 3 contractual loading equipments and four numbers of 50 tons dumpers) for achieving the given production and excavation target.

My career vision

I am looking for a career in an organization where I can work under challenging condition, where talent is recognized and there is potential for growth without bias

Detailed description of my current job responsibilities:My responsibilities are to execute the production plan and instruction given by my Shift – In charge and to run over the shift with the right allocation of Shovels and Dumpers and look after the running shift and the production sites. Finally at the end of the shift sum up the total production and excavation done in the shift and report to the shift in

I have total Work Experience of Two Years in Open pit Mines. Since, Sep. 2005 I am Working in Hindustan Copper Limited Mines at Malanjkhand Copper Project. Hopefully next month I will get my Second Class Mines Manager Competency Certificate.
